Senior Management Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll support the Head of Offshore Wind Category Strategy and the wider leadership team in various administrative, planning, and people tasks to help run a smooth and efficient day to day business for the team, while working in an international environment. You’ll manage a broad range of responsibilities that include day-to-day planning, organising, and prioritising tasks as needed.

You’ll be part of Offshore Wind Category Strategy department, where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for developing suppliers, supply chain strategies, global supplier relations and portfolio sourcing activities for the construction of our offshore wind farms.
As a team, we are dedicated to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment that fosters strong relationships within and across teams.
You’ll play an important role to:
- provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and events, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management
- manage special projects and initiatives as assigned
- ad hoc support within IT related tasks.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have proven experience in supporting a management team preferably as a Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar
- have excellent time management and organisational skills
- work independently and have strong communication skills
- speak and write English fluently and have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- have proficiency in MS 365 suite
- care for your colleagues.
