We are looking for a dedicated and conscientious Marine Officer to join our HSSE team based in Mumbai. You will be an integral part of the Vetting team, consisting of highly dedicated and proactive colleagues.
Your Role: Make an Impact
You will play a vital role in helping us deliver error-free and record speed solutions to our customers, contributing to TORM’s success in the global shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling pre-fixture and post fixture questionnaires and documentation in a timely manner
- Maintaining database of Vessel’s Q88, HVPQ, oil major & terminal questionnaires
- Engaging in screening communication with oil majors and vessels
- Actively assisting in SIRE inspection arrangements and follow-up
- Supporting the HSSE department with ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
We expect that you are flexible, self-motivated and able to drive results. You have sailing experience from tankers in the deck department or relevant adequate experience in a shore organization of a tanker company.
To succeed in this role, you bring
- Open-ended attitude to perform duties in a flexible work arrangement
- Attention to detail to achieve thoroughness and accuracy
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly
