In the Finance team of Maersk Tankers, you will join a team of talented and welcoming colleagues, who play a vital role in the success of the company. Your area of responsibility will give you an interface with the entire organization and a broad understanding of our business and the shipping industry. These relationships and this knowledge will provide you a great opportunity to succeed in the space between compliance and commercial opportunities.

Maersk Tankers is set to report on EUs new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in 2025. We have taken the first steps on this journey but need your help to lead the process of implementation and ensure we successfully report in 2026. In addition, the role will own and develop the broader compliance and ESG agenda which includes supporting sustainability strategies and integration with commercial strategy.

• Lead the implementation of CSRD in the 2025 annual reporting
• Engage, collaborate and build relationships across the organization to become a trusted partner towards commercial stakeholders on the ESG and compliance agenda
• Develop sustainability strategies and ensure integration with commercial strategy
• Ensure adequate reporting on EU taxonomy
• Contribute to continuous improvement on our annual report
• Develop our general control and reporting governance
