As a Brand Manager supporting the Marketing Team, you will be trusted to work on B2B2C initiatives and Water Innovation portfolio performance from our office in Copenhagen.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with the Key Account team to define successful Joint Partnership Plans with customers.
- Planning and developing campaign activations, including category development mechanics, product education and promotion materials, key visuals, and consumer/subscriber promotions.
- Leading the launch of new high-potential products, including building Go-To-Market strategies, negotiating with Key Accounts, and executing launch plans.
- Acting as the SPOC for media-related projects and collaborating with the International Marketing Team on the Water Innovation portfolio.
- Designing campaigns with a strong communicational narrative based on market and target audience insights.µ
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education: Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial/marketing/trade marketing assignments exposed to European Key Accounts.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and understanding of the product and competition.
- Behaviors: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, a drive for innovation and challenging the status quo.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English. Other Nordic languages are not required but could be an asset.
