The position
As a Graduate Programme Coordinator, you will support the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme, which is a 2-year fast-track talent programme for potential future leaders and specialists where our Graduates take on challenging tasks from day one, rotate between different parts of the global organisation and go through a steep personal- and professional learning curve.
Your main tasks will be:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the new Graduates, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Take part in coordinating a large-scale onboarding event in Bagsværd in September.
- Support in the planning of our recruitment processes for the hiring of the next batch of Graduates.
- Manage the Graduate Recruitment Centre for next year's candidates.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the annual cycle of the graduate programme activities including budget tasks
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated Programme Managers and other colleagues, and actively participate in a wide range of tasks ensuring a dynamic work life. This position is a maternity cover expected to be of 12 months’ duration.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an administrative and coordinating role in an international environment
- Experience with creating and executing onboarding programmes and recruitment processes
- Flair for IT and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP budget systems is considered an advantage
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is a requirement, knowledge of Danish is an advantage
You are a great coordinator able to navigate a variety of tasks simultaneously, who can work independently and enjoys being part of a dynamic team. You are highly structured and able to prioritise a busy workload, with the ability to interact and converse with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. You are open-minded, solution-oriented, you have an international outlook and a can-do attitude which means you help the team succeed together and contribute to a strong and positive team spirit.
About the department
You will join the Graduate Management team, which is part of the wider Global Early Talent with a total of 20 dedicated employees. We are anchored in Global Talent Acquisition (Global People & Organisation).
The team is passionate, ambitious, informal and, most importantly, great team-workers focused on succeeding together. You will be covering for our Graduate Programme Coordinator, who is going on maternity leave.
