We are constantly improving our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to personalise interactions across stores, customer service, and online channels. By leveraging transactional and behavioural data, we create seamless, tailored experiences for our customers.

As a Customer Data Graduate, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to develop, optimise, and implement data-driven solutions. You will help manage customer data, integrate new sources, and generate insights to shape JYSK’s engagement strategies.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
Our 24-month Graduate Programme provides a strong technical foundation in customer data management, data science, and marketing automation. You will gain hands-on experience in maintaining and developing our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other DXP applications.

The Graduate Programme includes:

• Understanding JYSK’s customer data landscape, including customer master data (ERP).
• Building technical skills in CDP, Personalisation Engine, Marketing Automation, and Consent Management.
• Developing Data Science & Data Engineering competencies, including data ingestion, segmentation, and modelling.

You will work in an agile Scrum team (Customer Insights), collaborating with developers, super users, and business owners to enhance JYSK’s customer data ecosystem.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:
• Turning user stories into functional solutions, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.
• Supporting daily operations, monitoring and troubleshooting within the DXP applications.
• Analysing and modelling customer data to generate insights for marketing and business decisions.
• Guiding super users in system configuration, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Helping shape JYSK’s future customer data strategy, ensuring system stability and alignment with best practices.
• Documenting technical solutions to support long-term development and scalability.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has recently graduated (or will soon complete) a degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Data Science, Information Management, or a similar field.
• Has a strong interest in IT and customer data and is eager to learn new systems.
• Has a strong analytical mindset and is motivated by complex challenges.
• Has business awareness and an interest in MarTech (Marketing Technology).
• Is ambitious and a fast learner, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in customer data, BI, or CDP platforms is a plus, but not a requirement.
