WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In Business Development, we work on real business challenges and drive strategic projects that secure JYSK’s long-term competitive advantage. Our work spans multiple business areas, covering strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Recent projects have included Customer Feedback, Assortment Optimisation, Expansion Outside Europe, and Artificial Intelligence, among others.

As a Graduate you will:

• Enrol in a two-year structured programme where you will take on key roles in projects—starting as a team member and progressing to Project Manager.
• Gain exposure to all levels of the organisation, with sponsorship from the JYSK Executive Management Team.
• Work on strategic projects that directly impact the business and develop competencies for your future career.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at JYSK’s Head Office in Aarhus, our Regional Head Office in Flensburg, and across 28 countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Supporting main strategic projects in Business Development.
• Driving data-driven analyses to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Engaging with management and specialists across many different business areas.
• Preparing material and facilitating decision forums and meetings.
• Contributing to the continuous development of Business Development and our project management toolbox.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
To thrive in this role, you need a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into strategic actions. You should be a confident decision-maker who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where plans evolve. Additionally, you should be able to communicate your ideas clearly and convincingly.

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has completed or is about to complete a Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Has 1-2 years of experience from a relevant full-time or student job.
• Is a fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new business areas and contribute with fact-based insights.
• Is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and across different cultures.
• Is trustworthy and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
