Impact processes and systems across DSV Air & Sea

You’ll join Business Change Management (BCM), Connectivity & Applications department within DSV Air & Sea. We define, plan and implement various integration projects in the Air & Sea organisation – Integrations related to connectivity and applications.

More specifically, you’ll collaborate with four other highly specialized colleagues working from Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Work environment is mostly remote with some travel requirements. In addition, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders such as staff and management in Air & Sea countries, Global IT, various Group functions and external customer and suppliers.

Your main tasks will include:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Identify project stakeholders and establish communication channels.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, analysts, developers etc.).
• Ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Proactively track project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve delays or bottlenecks to keep the project on track.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, including progress, issues, and risks.
• Address project challenges or conflicts quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain governance structures for project execution, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategy and priorities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management process and team performance.
• Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to improve project outcomes.

Bring your skills to the table
First and foremost, you are pragmatic and have a strong analytical sense. This allows you to study business processes and develop improvement suggestions.

Drawing on your experience and industry expertise, you can engage in discussions and conversations with colleagues from different functions.

Additionally, you bring:

• Superuser knowledge on Purchase Order Management.
• In depth knowledge and experience with technical integrations through API or EDI.
• Technical knowledge in Cargowise One.
• A good understanding of the Air & Sea business.
• Experience as a freight forwarder.
• The ability to work independently (also on more significant projects).
• Change management experience, including communications, engagement, and behavioural and cultural change.
• Advising on stakeholder engagement and change programme accomplishments as well as determining long term changes to the business.
• Understanding the transport and logistics industry and other sectors within the business that impact on the organisation’s change programmes.
• Excellent communication skills – you speak and write English effortlessly.
