As a Customer Experience Consultant in our Manifest Team in Aarhus you will be looking after the import and export manifests for all our colleagues covering all vessel going in and out of Denmark.

Key responsibilities
We are striving to attract a person who is eager to enter a team of 3 other members, with the dedication to get seamless operation of Vessels in/out of Denmark by providing internal and external cooperation in accordance with deadline and customs regulation. The team does not generate any customs papers themselves, but are verifying and checking, that everything is correct before we can allow entry or exit of containers across Danish borders.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person to replace our competent colleague as from 01-apr-2025 untill at least 31-mar-2026 with the below qualities, which are beneficial (but not a must):

• Experienced in customs clearances for import and export by land and sea
• Experienced in various customs systems (DMS Export, DMS Import, SKAT Manifestsystem, Toldstyrelsens Import-system)
• Skilled in Excel
• Proficient in customs procedures (MRN, FUE, T2L/T2LF, MIG/MIO etc.)
• Advanced in English and Danish
• Able to find and correct errors and eager to streamline processes
• Being a team player and having a positive mindset
• Knowledgeable of the supply chain for container transport (FCL/LCL)
