About Us
Student-run Millennial Consulting is a voluntary, management consultancy educational program, as a part of Student Innovation House - Station. The essence of our work is to bring together business problems and bright talent. We are the bridge between obstacles and insights. On one hand, Millennial Consulting facilitates environment and resources for start-ups and SMEs who seek data-driven, sustainable, and pragmatic advice. On the other hand, we offer practical problem-solving, self-engagement, and networking opportunities for ambitious students and recent graduates. Businesses and student consultants strive together to deliver results during a two-month consulting project cycle. As a bonus learning experience, several workshops are held in collaboration with our consulting partners, focused on introducing frameworks and enhancing practices aligned with current industry standards.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Content Creator to capture the essence of Millennial Consulting through engaging videos, photos, and visual assets. You will play a vital role in the Department of Communications, specifically in the content pipeline, attending events, generating original ideas, and transforming raw footage into powerful social media and marketing materials. Your content will be shared across digital channels to communicate our brand’s message authentically and dynamically.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Brainstorming: Collaborate with the SoMe Manager and Copywriter to develop engaging content ideas following current trends and formats that resonate with the target audience.
- Event Coverage: Attend and document organization events and workshops by shooting high-quality photos and videos, capturing the vibrant vibe by either passive or in some cases active engagement of participants.
- Video Editing: Utilize tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other editing software to produce short-form, attention-grabbing videos optimized for social media (IG, FB, LI) and our website.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other image-based content using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software, optimized for social media (IG, FB, LI) and our website.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand style guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree or certification in multimedia production, digital marketing, design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic video editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing video and graphic design work, demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and brand understanding.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to capture the right moments and transform them into compelling narratives.
- Team Player: Readiness to work closely with cross-functional team members, providing and receiving feedback constructively.
