Job Description
We are looking for a developer that wants to build extensions for our platform and being part of a competence team, sharing knowledge and challenges with each other in monthly meetings.
Being in this role, means joining a product team with the responsibility of delivering digital solutions to optimize our Enterprise Planning and Controlling capability in the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities
- Playing an important role in the full lifecycle of building solutions, understanding business requirements, developing and scripting, testing and ensuring that our product is operating as expected in our live production environment
- Delivering business outcomes (as defined in product team’s objectives and key results) through technical solutions
- Delivering technical sparring with other Software Engineers demonstrating eagerness to mentor and experiment with a learning approach
- Developing applications to fit the LEGO needs and setup needed integrations using modern API architecture
- Exploring new technologies and methods and participate in prototype creation with the product team
- Implementing and maintaining solutions in our existing SaaS platforms and develop new applications on cloud PaaS such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
Play your part in our team succeeding
We will be implementing a leading SaaS solution for financial planning including scenario planning.
You will, together with the Lead Engineer, our 5 engineers of various levels and subject matter experts in the business help the LEGO Group to optimize the outcome of the planning process and the processes themselves.
The team will also own the Environmental, Social, Governance Reporting and the tools for the controlling of global projects
We work in an agile way and apply engineering, architecture, and product management practices to ensure we build what brings the most value to our customers and ensure a close feedback loop.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience developing EPM platforms e.g., OneStream, Hyperion
- Knowledge of modern application architecture – cloud, APIs, serverless, microservices
- Experience working with .NET and/or any object-oriented programming language
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of specialists and domain experts on different levels

- Learning approach and passion to dive into a new application area
- Interest to work in a global company and a multicultural environment
- Positive and strong dedication to delivering quality work

Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
