Consafe Logistics is now looking for Application Support Consultants to our Customer Service in Warsaw – people who will ensure that our large global customers are working smoothly using our systems!
ABOUT SERVICE DESK
As an Application Support Consultant you will work closely with our customers to always provide them with high quality support and service 24/7.
We are looking both for experienced support specialists as well as junior candidates with a problem-solving attitude, motivated to provide great customer experience. Depending on your experience, you can work on problems with different degrees of difficulty.
At Consafe Logistics you will work in a culture characterized by diversity, innovation, and transparency. We work with large global customers whose challenge lies in streamlining their logistics flows.
You will get the opportunity to get a deep understanding of warehouse management and grow professionally while solving more and more difficult problems. We believe in long term relationships, both with customers and employees.
TASKS
- As an Application Support Consultant, you will investigate and solve our customers' incidents, investigate root cause and will be responsible for the actions taken and help our customers at the start of a project.
- You will work with time-consuming issues that really make use of your ability to both look into the details and see the big picture, as well as creating good relationships and build trust with the customers.
- You will contribute to the successful and efficient support process by providing adequate information for first, second and third line investigation and location of the problem.
- Consafe Logistics encourages you to develop in the role and you are assigned a mentor who will give you advice and support in the role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We believe that you have:
- High troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong customer focus
- Great communication skills
- Good understanding of computer systems, mainly Windows and SQL
- Understanding of logistics, logistics equipment and case management systems
- Bachelor degree in IT, engineering or similar field
- Fluency in Polish and English
