Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Development teams to create exceptional customer experiences. You will also have the opportunity to engage directly with some of the largest companies in Denmark and Germany, building strong relationships and driving success for our valued customers.
Technical Support & Bug Reporting
- Act as the first line of defense for technical inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues effectively.
- Work closely with the development team to log, escalate, and track bug fixes and feature requests.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs to improve self-service support.
Expansion Revenue & Account Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage data.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts to ensure feature adoption and expansion.
- Collaborate with the Growth & Marketing team to drive renewals and contract expansions.
Customer Engagement & Advocacy
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they maximize the value of Skyfish and Colourbox.
- Serve as the customer’s advocate within Skyfish and Colourbox, driving improvements based on their feedback.
- Host webinars or training sessions to improve product adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management role in SaaS.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and basic debugging.
- Ability to identify and drive expansion opportunities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A technical foundation, a strong understanding of SaaS/digital products, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and written.
