Digital Asset Coordinator

To scale our image production and provide our colleagues in Marketing, Sales and E-commerce with plenty of image content, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Coordinator to join our Business Development team.

About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production and maintenance of 3D product images for marketing and sales purposes. You will ensure smooth internal workflows, troubleshoot daily issues, and optimize processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will be the key contact for external partner(s) regarding 3D model and image production.

Your role will also include the following responsibilities

• Managing the digital asset platform to ensure high-quality and efficient 3D image production.
• Overseeing the daily operations of product image generation, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Coordinating internally with marketing, product development, and IT teams to align digital assets with business needs.
• Planning and scheduling production processes to meet marketing and sales deadlines.
• Handling data related to 3D models and images, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Optimizing processes and automating workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Documenting production processes, improvements, and results for transparency and future reference.
• Providing status reports on key metrics and deliverables to stakeholders.

We imagine that this will describe you as well

• Relevant educational background Project Management, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience working with digital asset management, 3D modeling, or e-commerce visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with process automation and optimization is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve both process-related and technical issues.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in data handling and asset management.
• Fluent in English as well as excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
