We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Berlin—someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, understands the nuances of enterprise sales and account management, and knows how to turn customers into long-term partners. This is a hybrid role that blends customer relationship management, strategic expansion, and sales execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow the German Market – Manage, retain, and expand our B2B customer base across Germany.
- Build Relationships That Matter – Engage with marketing, creative, and growth teams to ensure customer success and long-term adoption of Skyfish and Colourbox.
- Drive Expansion & Upsells – Identify opportunities to expand accounts, increase usage, and introduce Skyfish’s SaaS solutions to Colourbox customers.
- Act as the Go-To Expert – Understand customer workflows, position our solutions effectively, and consult on best practices.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to shape how we support and grow our enterprise customer base.
- Stay on Top of Industry Trends – Be the expert in digital asset management, stock media, and enterprise SaaS to keep our customers ahead of the game.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, DAM, MarTech, or Stock Media.
- Native/Fluent German & English – You’re at home in both languages, 100% comfortable presenting and negotiating in German.
- Proven Track Record – You know how to retain and grow accounts, with a strong understanding of expansion revenue strategies.
- Consultative & Strategic Thinker – You get your customers’ pain points and know how to position solutions that drive impact.
- Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented – Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive), SaaS platforms, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Self-Starter with an Ownership Mindset – You thrive in high-growth environments, take initiative, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
