THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you looking to kickstart your career in supply chain management? We’re now looking for Junior Supply Chain Coordinators to join our dynamic team at Boozt.

In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple departments across the organization, handling a diverse portfolio of brands and suppliers. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data management, order processing, and logistics coordination—all while making a real impact on business operations and customer satisfaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of the entire supply chain process. You’ll not only take on responsibilities from day one but also contribute to optimizing and streamlining our operations for greater efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze and compare product data from suppliers.
• Manage orders and deliveries to ensure a timely and seamless logistics flow.
• Handle invoices, credit notes, and other documentation related to goods.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and performance.
• Ensure smooth cooperation with suppliers and internal teams, confidently following up on agreements and making sure things stay on track.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, you must be a service-minded, detail-oriented, and proactive team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency. With great communication skills and a proactive mindset, you take initiative and confidently follow a service-oriented approach when needed to keep things running smoothly.

• A degree in Logistics, Economics, Business, or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented approach.
• Experience in invoice booking is a plus
• Fluent in English (Boozt’s corporate language).
