To further strengthen the capabilities of our Sales Department, we’re looking for a Front Office Sales Specialist. The department, part of our Global Sales Structure, is located in our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Your primary task will be to help VIKING's German subsidiary in daily routines.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The daily work has to be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with the Sales Department in Germany and the Logistics Centers (Shipping, Planning, Purchase and Warehouse) - Worldwide. The following tasks and projects can be expected:
- Handling of sales processes - creation of quotations, documentation and order confirmations based on customer needs
- Handling of external sourcing platforms
- Follow-up of quotations by phone
- Negotiation of quotations
- Up- and Cross-Selling of products
- Informing customers about new products
- Dealing with other VIKING subsidiaries worldwide to arrange deliveries for our customers
- Handling of complaints
- Follow-Up in outstanding payments
- Collaboration with purchase, warehouse and logistics
- Defining customer approach strategies together with responsible Key Account Managers
- Supporting Key Account Managers in daily work
Your profile
Juniors are welcome and preferably supported by a business education. The successful candidate also is:
- Fluent in English
- With technical understanding
- Communicative
- Pro-active
- Willing to learn
- Structured, process and detail oriented
- MS Office advanced user
- German language knowledge, relevant experience and SAP knowledge are a a plus
Therefore you are positive, having ”can do” approach, with helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers. On a personal level you are fast thinker, being able to prioritize, with very good communication and collaboration skills.
