We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Portfolio Development team at our global headquarters in Aarhus, in the one year temporary position. Together, we drive AFI’s strategic portfolio development and help shape the future of our fast‑growing business.

How you will make an impact
In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our data-driven portfolio decisions and support the critical planning and allocation processes across the business. You will work at the intersection of data, tools, and commercial insights—helping ensure transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making across regions and product categories.

Your key focus areas will include

• Develop and maintain product allocation tools and overviews on global and regional level
• Build and structure our Tactical Product Plan for 2027, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Drive and coordinate progress on one of our product roadmaps, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Collaborate closely with our business units to ensure alignment on strategic direction and becoming a trusted portfolio partner to the commercial organisation
• Support ongoing improvement and optimisation of data models, tools, and reporting frameworks

We imagine you bring

• A relevant Master’s degree within business, economics, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, tools, or business intelligence
• A strategic mindset with the ability to structure recommendations and create high‑quality decision material
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong command of English at negotiation level

In addition, you have a strong drive and a true team‑player mindset.
