Job description
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

- Inspect finished goods before shipment at the contract manufacturers (CMs) supplied to SCC VN.

- Monitor the manufacturing process of the product at CMs.

- Ensure all goods are produced at CMs to meet in full and on the standards, specifications and requirement of SCC VN.

- Directly inspecting and reporting counter samples for production at the CM.

- Receive, check & record documents, working instructions, samples,... & communicate to CMs.

- Coordinate with CMs and relevant departments to resolve the quality issues arising.

RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

* Main responsibility:

- Implement the inspection of manufacturing process at CMs under requirement of head of department or supervisor.

- Ensure implementing of inspection meet to procedures issued and instructed.

- Report to head of department or supervisor timely all issues, risks in the manufacturing process that able to affect goods quality.

- Discuss directly to CMs all issues related to goods quality.

- Report and confirm all defective issues and make assessment of actual incidents.

- Make the final inspection report, quality trouble report to send to CMs and relevant departments.

- Monitor implementing corrective and preventative actions at CMs.

- Implement other duties as required by head of department

* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

* Internal:

- Communicate to the QA team and other department in ScanCom Vietnam.

* External:

- Communicate to CMs’ managers, production departments at CMs if there are issuses relate to goods quality, final inspection and sample approval.

* Reporting:

* Superior: Report directly Supervisor or head of Quality Management.

* Subordinate: None

* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

* Must requirement:

- College/Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical or any of Technical field

- Fresh graduate or experience in QA or Technical field

- Knowledge of Quality System or similar jobs

* Important requirement:

- English: can read documents in English

- Computer: utilize well MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

- Proactive, dynamic and time management skill

- Systematically approach thinking

- Good communication, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management
