As a Configuration Consultant, you’ll work hands-on with the Encodify platform to implement solutions that solve real-world operational and marketing challenges.

You’ll collaborate with Business Consultants and Project Managers to design and configure client-specific workflows, integrate systems, and ensure high-quality delivery of our platform-based solutions.

You’ll be part of a talented, international team and have the chance to work directly with top-tier clients across industries, with primary focus on the Retail sector.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both the technical details and the big-picture impact of automation and process improvement.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

• Collaborate closely with Business Consultants to understand client needs and translate them into scalable technical configurations, with an eye to the proper architecture and data structure
• Configure workflows, modules, and platform components in Encodify based on client requirements and solution designs
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and performance
• Work with customers to provide post-implementation support and continuous automation improvements
• Contribute to documentation, demos, and training for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on Encodify’s platform capabilities and share best practices across the team
• Integrate Encodify with other systems using pre-built connectors or APIs, ensuring seamless data flow.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years hand-on experience in configuring no-code or low-code platforms, ERP, PIM, workflow automation tools, or similar
• A technical mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of business process modeling and workflow logic
• Experience working in client-facing roles or cross-functional implementation teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Danish language proficiency at native or equivalent level
• Experience with the retail industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field is a plus.
