Our Digital Sales Representatives play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be motivated by targeting Enterprise business & Partners with our key messaging; working closely with Field and Pre-sales teams to develop target strategies, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking net new meetings.

Description:

  • Covering France, to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting, utilising all tools & resources available
  • Work with local sales team on outbound prospecting campaigns including campaign creation and execution
  • Own lead processing from sourcing > new > attempting > working > SQL
  • With sales and pre-sales, help identify, qualify and quantify (where possible) the prospects’ IGA needs
  • Route well-qualified opportunities (why do anything, why now and why Omada) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Secure meetings (on-line and in-person) and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales accepted opportunity (SAO) targets
  • Contribute as part of a local sales team and channel partners to build pipeline and develop identified target accounts
  • Be able to work autonomously from home
  • Attend regional Quarterly Business Review meetings in person

Requirements:

  • Ensure compliance with Omada's Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures
  • Adhere to information classification and data handling requirements
  • Participate in ISMS training and awareness programs
  • Experience of any/all of the following; SFDC, Salesloft, Lusha, 6th Sense, Dealfront, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Curiosity with analytical thinking – ability to extend influence within a target account/market, collect customer needs and map to Omada value proposition
  • Strong listening, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at multiple organizational levels
  • Full fluency of French and English
