Client Developer – Oslo

Now we’re looking for a Client Developer to join our Oslo team.

The role
You own the full client relationship — commercially and operationally. That means building genuine partnerships with Key Clients, growing their accounts, and making sure every service we deliver actually lands. You’re the person clients call, the one who spots opportunities others miss, and the glue between our sales and delivery teams.

It’s a broad role that rewards people who are equally comfortable in a client boardroom and a delivery debrief. If that sounds like you, read on.

What you’ll be doing

On the client side
- Build and own relationships with Key Clients — at every level, from day-to-day contacts to senior stakeholders
- Grow accounts through smart up-selling, cross-selling, and spotting opportunities before clients even ask
- Own the full P&L for your portfolio and keep commercial forecasts sharp and reliable
- Run regular business reviews backed by data, not gut feel

On the delivery side
- Make sure what we promise gets delivered — SLAs, KPIs, Frame Agreement commitments, the works
- Be the go-to escalation point when things need sorting, both for clients and internally
- Keep hiring managers, suppliers, and consultants in the loop and on track
- Spot delivery risks early and fix them before they become problems

What we’re looking for
- Experience in client management, sales, or account development — staffing or consulting background is a plus
- You’ve built real client relationships and know what it takes to keep them strong
- Comfortable with delivery accountability: SLAs, KPIs, and keeping operational commitments
- Commercially sharp, target-driven, and not afraid of a full pipeline
- Clear, confident communicator — whether you’re presenting to a CFO or debriefing a delivery team
- Organized and self-sufficient, but also genuinely collaborative
