Working in the Commercial B2C Function means creating and shaping the banking products and services our customers rely on. Purpose of the Job
To define and ensure the execution of the Bank’s products across all markets or relevant capabilities, in line with the Bank strategy and commercial directives.

Responsibilities of the Job
Generally, an expert for a domain, consulting, influencing- understanding the industry, competitor and best
practices outside-in view.
Adherence to duties defined in product governance framework.
Having responsibility for a larger product/product family, larger/full capability including delivery management
Defining the roadmap aligned to strategy and driving the realisation of product level development
Ensure products are designed and continue to deliver fair outcomes and good value for customers
Secures approval for new products within bank governance framework
Monitors performance and conducts product reviews
Develops and applies an understanding of how to optimise Product / Capability performance
Compares the performance of products/capabilities to drive improvements
Knowing what good market practice is and setting targets
Accountable for having product level documentation in accordance with defined risk and compliance guidelines
Apply risk management techniques to identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring issues are pre-empted and
management of risks optimised
Product/capability related process implementation into the organization. Secure the line ownership of the
changes we create.
Oversight to ensure sufficient testing to validate intended customer outcomes

Education Level
Bachelor's Degree

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
Strength of building strong relationships and trust within the organisation and towards relevant external
parties
Always clear communication and transparency of reasoning
Numbers driven and highly involving and collaborative
Passion for ensuring the bank is adhering to relevant governance processes and compliance

Language Competencies
Ability to write, express and communicate in Polish and English in a professional setting.

Knowledge required
Product Management Expert for a domain/product area with expertise from technical, market,
regulation, process and product level financials point of view
Market understanding of the products, competition, best practices, regulation, 3’rd parties, cost
and income drivers
