Strategic PMO to Global Marketing Leadership

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will drive the operating backbone of a large and complex global marketing organization - with discipline, consistency, and a standard that never drops.

The role is operational at its core but closely connected to strategy. One week you are ensuring a quarterly business review lands with the quality it deserves. The next you are supporting a cross-functional initiative that directly influences how this organization operates. Not all of the work is glamorous - but all of it matters, and the best candidate will take genuine pride in both.

WSA is in active transformation, and the structures and rhythms that keep a leadership organization running are still being shaped. That means there is real opportunity to influence how things are done - proposing better ways of working and seeing your input actually implemented.

Your primary stakeholder network is the Chief of Staff, the VP layer, and their teams. You will work with them from day one - supporting the leadership agenda, preparing materials they rely on, and ensuring the organization operates at its best. You will be known across a wide and senior network, and the relationships you build there will be the foundation of everything you deliver.

What you will do
Maintain and improve the leadership operating model and annual calendar You maintain and continuously improve the leadership operating model - keeping the annual calendar updated, ensuring meeting structures run smoothly in a dynamic environment, and refining the cadence as the organization evolves. When things need updating or rebuilding, you drive that too.

Lead reporting on strategic priorities You lead the preparation of the organization's key business reviews and reporting forums - including QBRs and MBRs. That means coordinating input across the VP layer, managing KPI dashboards, tracking progress against strategic priorities, and ensuring leadership walks into every review informed and ready to decide.

Shape executive materials and presentations You coordinate and elevate executive-level materials across the leadership team - from ExCo presentations and strategic forum materials to quarterly leadership offsite decks. Sometimes you will be deeply involved in building the material from the ground up. Other times your role is more coordination and quality control. Both matter equally.

Drive PMO excellence across the organization You work directly with VPs and their teams to raise the standard of how the organization prepares, communicates, and delivers - not just asking for better, but coaching, challenging, and enabling it. This includes refining and implementing governance structures, following up on commitments, and building the discipline that makes the organization more effective over time.

Support communication and cascading from leadership You help ensure that decisions, priorities, and direction from the CMO and his leadership team are clearly communicated into the organization. That includes drafting communications on their behalf, maintaining SharePoints, preparing offsite agendas and materials, and contributing your own ideas for how communication and engagement can be done better.

Drive strategic initiatives and analyses As part of a lean and dynamic team, you will regularly support VPs and Senior Managers on selected projects, initiatives, and analyses alongside your core operational responsibilities. This is not a dedicated project role - the work comes in waves, timelines are real, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping quality is essential. When a VP needs support structuring a new strategy or a key analysis needs driving, you will be the person who makes it happen.

Flex when needed As part of a small and dynamic team, you will occasionally support with tasks outside your core remit - stepping in where needed to keep things moving. Flexibility and a no-job-too-small attitude are part of what makes this team work.

What you bring
Experience

• 3-6 years from management consulting, strategy, PMO, or a business-facing role in a complex commercial organization

• A clear track record of leading deliverables independently - not just contributing to them

• Advanced PowerPoint; you build presentations that tell a story, not just organize information

• Strong Excel; clean, logical, and built for someone else to open.

Personal competencies

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; lead through influence and credibility rather than formal authority

• Proactive and self-driven; you anticipate what is needed and act before being asked

• Comfortable with pace and change; you know when to perfect and when to move.
