With over 230 employees globally, we are seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking regions of Belgium and Luxembourg. The role involves driving sales growth, managing existing customers, acquiring new clients, identifying stakeholders, handling public tenders, and negotiating with private clinics.
Based near our office in De Bilt and reporting to a Regional Business Manager in Denmark, the Sales Manager will also support marketing activities, attend industry events, and help build regional reference sites and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders.
Additional responsibilities include basic technical troubleshooting, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and contributing to business presentations.
You can expect 10–15 international travel days annually, including visits to headquarters in Denmark.
Summary of key responsibilities are
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Participate in local congresses, workshops, and courses.
- Assist with product demonstrations, installations and training of end users.
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the area.
Your profile
- Have a proven track record in sales, application or similar with Medical Devices. It is an advantage if you have knowledge about either neurology, electrical stimulation or brain modulation in general.
- Bring a proactive “can-do” attitude and embrace challenges with confidence.
- Be excellent in negotiation, communication and facilitation.
- Be fluent in Dutch and English, other languages like French and German are a plus.
