Your Role
After an initial onboarding and training, you will:
- Manage and develop existing customers from a technical-commercial perspective, focusing on metal cutting applications
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities
• Provide technical support and develop tailored solutions based on customer needs
• Conduct market analysis and provide feedback on trends and opportunities
• Manage your assigned area autonomously, handling offers and negotiations in line with company guidelines
• Participate in trade fairs, technical seminars, and customer events
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: sales, customer service, marketing, and finance

Your Profile
• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Materials Engineering (or similar)
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the metal cutting industry
• Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of English
