The department:
Aeven Network Advisory & Consulting consists of 110+ resources in Denmark, Czech and Philippines, and our primary focus is to give expert advisory on network solutions and help build the same to our customers all around the world.
We are developing existing and new solutions within Network security, Core and Enterprise network. Our customers are within the Life Science industry, Finance, Private & Public.
We are increasingly busy, so we need more hands and brains to support our journey.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a structured and proactive Coordinator to support our teams and ensure efficient operations across the organization.
The position:
As our new Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily project work across our Network Advisory teams on a large customer. You will work closely with technical specialists, project managers, account team, and customers to ensure smooth coordination, planning, and communication across activities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating resource planning and allocation across teams
- Supporting project and service delivery coordination activities
- Facilitating communication between teams, stakeholders, and management
- Tracking tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Preparing reports, presentations, and status updates
- Supporting onboarding of new team members and internal processes
- Assisting with improvements to coordination workflows and tools
- Handling ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
You:
You are a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You enjoy working with many stakeholders and juggling multiple tasks while maintaining structure and overview.
You take ownership, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work.
We expect you:
- Have experience in a coordination, project support, or administrative role (preferably within IT or a similar environment)
- Be structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Have strong skills in Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Be comfortable working with planning and collaboration tools
- Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Practical information:
- The position is 40 hours a week
- Workplace: Aeven CZ (Prague) with possibility to work from home now and then
