And we need you on our team! Do you want to make a difference for patients undergoing surgery by securing the compliance of the medical devices used by healthcare professionals? Here you can get an exciting and challenging job, as a Procurement Specialist in an international company. As Ferrosan Medical Devices is growing, you will be able to shape the job in the Supply Chain Department to a large extent. The position will be based in Poland
Your responsibilities
- Carrying out purchases from suppliers within the framework of defined suppliers in Poland and abroad
- Monitoring and analyzing forecasts and, as a result, stock levels and responding to deviations accordingly
- Ensuring high material quality and handling supplier complaints by driving and documenting regulatory deviation processes and ensuring supplier compliance to the agreed quality level
- Suggesting changes and improvements to ensure adequate stock versus production needs
- Attending regular meetings, at home and abroad, related to the scope of duties
Your profile
- Possess strong oral/written communication skills in English
- You can work independently but are also a good team player for the Polish and Danish side
- Responsibility, commitment, and regularity in the performance of your duties
- Experience in working in a regulated industry (MedTech is an advantage)
- A willingness to travel - because of business responsibilities and to work with the various sites in the group. Expected travel time is 10-20% in general but with a high peak in the first months for onboarding purposes
- Experience in purchasing, discussions, and/or negotiations with suppliers is an advantage - but not an absolute requirement
- Experience working with SAP and/or Axapta systems or other systems of this class (advantage)
