Data Integrator & Project Coordinator

At Trimco Group, we are looking for a data-driven Project Coordinator to help ensure stable and efficient data flows for our global customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, coordinating, and maintaining data solutions that are critical to ensuring our customers’ products are correctly labeled and ready for sale. You will manage your own customers and data flows, and play a key role in turning complex setups into solutions that work reliably in real life.

About the Role
As a STS Data Integrator, you act as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and production. Your main focus is to ensure that data flows smoothly and accurately; from the customer’s systems all the way through to production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, setting up, and maintaining data flows between customer and internal systems
• Ensuring accurate handling and integration of variable data
• Leading and coordinating customer-specific implementation projects from setup through to go-live
• Troubleshooting, analyzing, and continuously improving data solutions and related processes
• Aligning requirements with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
• Working closely with Sales and Business Development on customer deliveries, and supporting training in STS solutions
• Supporting the Data Integration team in daily operations and contributing to ongoing improvements across customers and solutions

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers and serve as the go-to person for implementation, customization, and maintenance of their solutions – while also contributing to the team and supporting across accounts when needed.

About Source Tagging Solutions (STS)
At STS, we ensure that products are labeled correctly at the production stage, so they can move directly to warehouse and store, ready for sale.

We work with the integration and handling of variable data, such as:

• Barcodes and QR codes
• Retail pricing and product information
• Sizes, labels, and text
• RFID technology

Our solutions support our customers’ supply chain and require a high level of precision, strong data understanding, and close collaboration with both customers and production.
