We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (entry-level / junior position) to join our Finance team in Stockholm.

About the role
As part of the Finance team, you will support and manage smaller partners and clients within the financial vertical, working with areas such as lending, savings, and investments.
You will join a small, experienced team where you are trusted to take ownership, work independently, and proactively drive your tasks forward, while also working closely with senior colleagues for guidance and support.
You will be the first point of contact for many partners, playing a key role in how they experience and succeed on the platform. Over time, there are opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow within the role, depending on your strengths and ambitions.
This is an entry-level / junior position - perfect as a first step in your career after studies!
What you’ll do
- Handle incoming support requests via Intercom and ensure high-quality responses
- Review and approve or reject channel applications based on quality and compliance standards
- Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts and support their growth on the platform
- Onboard and support smaller partners within the finance vertical
- Identify and reach out to potential new partners and clients
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a customer-close role with direct interaction with customers or clients
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to stay organized and deliver high-quality service in a role with a high level of variety
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Your profile might be extra interesting if you also have:
- Studies in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field
- Studies in economics or statistics
- Good understanding of digital marketing, particularly affiliate or performance-based marketing
- Experience in sales
- Experience with financial products or finance-related digital services
