YOUR TEAM
You’ll join BESTSELLER Logistics and become part of our Outbound EU team, working alongside 12 skilled colleagues in our Flow of Goods organisation.
Together, we manage outbound flows for some of our most important European online customers. You become their primary point of contact, working closely with warehouses, carriers, brands and markets to keep deliveries moving and service levels high in the outbound setup.

Here, trust and responsibility go hand in hand. You’ll be expected to take ownership, speak up when something can be improved and work closely with stakeholders across the flow. We solve challenges early and improve things together.

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you hold end-to-end responsibility for selected major online customers and act as their primary point of contact.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating shipments and following up on performance for selected online accounts
  • Acting as the main point of contact for our own e-commerce platform and internal stakeholders
  • Handling deviations proactively with clear communication and structured root-cause follow-up
  • Ensuring reliable processes, strong service levels and timely follow-up
  • Working closely with Planning, Warehousing, Brands and Transport partners
  • Identifying improvements that strengthen our outbound setup and customer experience.

YOUR PROFILE
You enjoy working close to the operation and keeping things moving across different stakeholders and priorities. You communicate clearly, stay structured in a fast-paced environment and take ownership when challenges arise.

In addition, we imagine that you:

  • Have a background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
  • Work analytically and with strong attention to detail
  • Are proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable making decisions within your area
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken.
