Purpose of the Job
This role is placed in Hyllie, Malmö.

Are you our next star?
We are now looking for new colleagues to join our Outbound sales team within our Swedish organization. You will be part of a team that offers products to private individuals. We are an established team that is now expanding.

Responsibilities of the Job
You will be responsible for offering mainly personal loans via outbound telephone sales, but occasionally also other banking products such as payment protection insurance and credit cards.

Our goal is to create a more favorable loan situation for the customer. By primarily consolidating the customer’s existing loans and credits, we aim to reduce monthly costs and improve interest rates. Therefore, it is important that you first gain an understanding of the customer’s current financial situation and then present how our products could benefit them.

You will have significant responsibility for your customers, as you manage the loan application process and subsequently become the customer’s personal point of contact at Ikano Bank. Together with your colleagues, you will work in a sales- and customer-focused manner to meet and exceed set expectations. Take advantage of a unique opportunity to start your career at Ikano Bank!

Education Level
High School or equivalent

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
- Experience of having worked with outbound sales is preferable, but not mandatory
- Banking and insurance experience preferable, but not mandatory

Language Competencies
- Fluency in verbal and written Swedish and English

Knowledge required
- Excellent communication skills.
- You are Computer proficient, used to work with Microsoft Office
