Senior RF Engineer

Your role
You will be part of a specialized team of RF & Antenna engineers, responsible for delivering 2.4GHz Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity in highly compact systems.

Working in cross-functional SAFe teams; the SAFe team consists of 6-10 members; you will contribute across the full development cycle—from concept to mass production.

What you do

• Integrate RF circuitry, antennas, and ICs into space-constrained PCBs
• Design and optimize RF performance (TX/RX, link quality, matching)
• Validate systems through simulation, lab testing, and measurements
• Ensure compliance with performance and regulatory requirements
• Support prototype builds, production readiness, and cost optimization
• Document designs, tests, and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing

Your environment
You will join:

• A 12-person Competence RF & Antenna team
• A broader electronics group of 60+ engineers
• A setup integrating ICs, RF (BLE/NFMI), acoustics, and power systems

We offer end-to-end development responsibility, modern labs, and close collaboration with IC design and production.

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering
• Experience with RF systems (Bluetooth or similar)
• Strong foundation in RF/microwave design and system understanding
• Experience with simulation (circuits, EM) and RF measurements
• Hands-on lab skills (e.g., network/spectrum analyzers, matching)
• Structured and experienced in documentation and quality processes

Nice to have:

• BLE expertise
• Multi-radio system experience
• Regulatory knowledge (medical devices)
• Agile/SAFe experience or interest
