HR Operations Partner
IFU
Do you thrive on creating structure and improving processes, all while keeping people at the centre of it? Then this could be your next opportunity!
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Operations Partner to help build and run our new HR Operations function. You will be the go-to expert for all processes in relation to HR — from onboarding to offboarding — ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for our people while keeping everything compliant, efficient and human.
If you have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that everything is planned, structured and of the highest possible quality – whether it is how data is entered, how processes are documented or how an employee feels about their first day of work, then you might be the one we are looking for.
Your responsibilities
- Own the employee lifecycle: Draft contracts, onboard new hires, manage employee records and handle offboarding.
- Keep us compliant: Ensure that all HR practices meet federal, state and local requirements.
- Manage data & systems: Maintain accurate and secure HRIS data and employee files.
- Improve processes: Streamline how we work, spotting inefficiencies and creating better workflows.
- Support people: Advise colleagues and managers on HR policies and help resolve employee issues.
- Report & analyse: Create HR dashboards and insights that help leaders make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with our HRBP, legal and development teams to bring great ideas to life.
Your profile
You have:
- 4+ years in HR operations or generalist roles, with strong process and compliance know-how.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and employee lifecycle management. Experience with CatalystOne and mTime is a plus.
- Great English and clear, professional communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset, positive energy and desire to help colleagues succeed.
- A passion for challenging the status quo and improving how things are done.
- Insight into Danish employment law
Why join us?
- You will build something almost from the ground and see your ideas create real impact.
- We are a small, supportive HR team that values collaboration, growth and who likes to have fun while working hard.
- You will have space to innovate and improve how we support our people.
- Impact Fund Denmark is growing rapidly – making it an exciting place to work in HR in ensuring that all new employees learn, grow and thrive.
Application deadline: Apply no later than 16. June 2026
