AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to join our Conference & Banqueting team.

About the role
As part of our conference and banqueting kitchen, you will be working at the heart of one of the largest hotels in Copenhagen. We host a wide range of events – from international congresses to large events and corporate dinners – and we are looking for someone who enjoys preparing food for larger groups without compromising on quality and presentation.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in delivering high-quality food for conferences, major events, and banquets
• Ensure structured workflows, consistency and efficiency in large-scale food production
• Collaborate closely with kitchen colleagues and service teams
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and structured working environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained chef (or has equivalent experience)
• Enjoys working in a high-paced environment with large volumes
• Has a passion for cooking and delivering great guest experiences
• Is flexible, structured, reliable, and a strong team player
• Can work independently and maintain a clear overview in busy periods
• Thrives in a busy setting and takes pride in delivering under pressure
