To support our continued development, we are now looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our Business Development team and help us build smarter, more efficient ways of working across the organization.

You will join our Business Development department, consisting of four dedicated colleagues focused on innovation, digital solutions, ESG, and business development. Together, we will explore how technology can strengthen our organization, improve internal processes, and turn business needs into practical digital solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining solutions across both frontend and backend.
• Building simple, intuitive user interfaces that support day-to-day business needs.
• Working with backend services, APIs, integrations, and application logic.
• Supporting the development of internal tools and workflows that improve efficiency across the organization.
• Collaborating with colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contributing to modern development workflows using Git, CI/CD principles, and structured coding practices.
• Taking part in exploring and applying AI, machine learning, or AI engineering opportunities where relevant.

A curiosity to learn and grow with the business
We imagine that you have a relevant educational background in software development, computer science, data science, or a similar field. You may be graduating this summer or already have one or two years of experience from a developer role. What matters most is that you are curious, motivated to learn, and ready to develop your skills in a business-oriented environment where technology is used to create practical value.

You have a basic understanding of full-stack development and are comfortable working across both frontend and backend. You have solid Python fundamentals, working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, and you are familiar with Git and version control workflows. Experience with CI/CD, Microsoft Azure or another cloud platform, and basic software or cloud security practices is an advantage, but we do not expect you to know everything from day one. Furthermore:

• You are curious about AI, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• You enjoy learning new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• You can connect business needs with technical opportunities in a practical way.
