We’re looking for a Test Manager who can keep testing predictable, structured, and closely anchored in customer needs across major projects, transitions, and transformations.

About the role
As our Test Manager, you will drive the hands‑on execution of testing across infrastructure deliveries. Working onsite at Aeven HQ in Ballerup, you collaborate directly with customers, project managers, programme managers, architects, and SMEs.

Your primary focus is infrastructure testing—network, workplace/endpoint, identity, datacenter, and integrations. The role may also include testing where infrastructure changes connect to the application layer. Cloud testing may be part of the work, but not required.

The role also includes testing of systems critical to Danish society and therefore requires the ability to obtain security clearances.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with customers, project managers and programme managers to define and agree on test scope, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Formalize clear and actionable test plans.
• Coordinate environments, data, resources, and timelines.
• Follow up continuously on execution, defects, and retests.
• Validate impacts where infrastructure touches the application layer.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly.

Your experience includes

• Hands‑on Test Management in IT infrastructure.
• Experience aligning scope and test cases with customers and PMs.
• Ability to translate infra changes into testable scenarios.
• Experience coordinating complex test streams.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Experience with testing tools
• Experience with test automation
