Associate Manager in Pricing & Trade (12-month cover)

Join a young and energetic team of pricing and trade specialists
Based at our HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will join our global Pricing & Trade team. We are a diverse group of specialists working closely with markets and senior stakeholders across the organisation to drive pricing excellence and profitable growth.

You will gain exposure to strategic projects, product launches, and real business decisions—while building a strong internal network across functions and geographies.

Contribute to our growth by driving and supporting pricing decisions
In this role, you will support our new product launches by ensuring high-quality pricing inputs, conducting analyses, and helping translate pricing strategies into clear recommendations. Together with markets and senior pricing colleagues, you will contribute to bringing our pricing ambition to life.

Furthermore, some of your tasks could be to:

• Handle the pricing responsibility for new product launches and mature portfolio for our Intermittent Catheters (IC) portfolio
• Review and validate pricing inputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Support pricing approvals, including facilitation of business cases
• Contribute to market expansion and launch projects through data analysis
• Track and report price premium KPIs for new product launches
• Conduct competitor analysis and price tracking
• Preparation of market dialogues for new product launches
• Maintain and improve pricing data, tools, and reporting structures

Profile: You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn
You are motivated by understanding how businesses operate and enjoy working with data to support decisions. At the same time, you are comfortable engaging with stakeholders and contributing to discussions.

We imagine that you:
• Are a recent graduate within business, finance, economics, or similar
• Have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data (Excel skills required)
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your tasks
• Are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions
• Thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
• Speak and write English fluently
