Welcome to Group Finance Business Partnering – Road
Our ambition is clear: To combine financial acumen with strong business understanding and communication to drive results. We ensure financial clarity, transparency and strong performance follow-up at divisional, regional and country level.

We are a dedicated Finance Business Partnering team of five people acting as the link between Group Finance and the Road organisation of ~40,000 employees. We work closely with a broad range of stakeholders including the Road Division top management, Road CEO Office, Regional and Local Finance teams, Group Finance functions, and operational and commercial stakeholders.

Your role – From performance transparency to business impact
In the Finance Business Partnering team, you will be responsible for a defined scope within the Road Division and act as a trusted financial sparring partner to senior stakeholders. This includes leading variance analysis, strengthening financial transparency across the organisation, and supporting the financial integration of DSV and Schenker.

Performance Management & Monthly Reporting

• Own monthly performance reporting
• Deliver clear variance analysis vs. budget, forecast and prior year
• Translate numbers into insights and identify risks and opportunities early

Forecasting & Planning

• Lead rolling forecasts and support the annual target setting process
• Challenge assumptions and ensure realistic outlooks
• Support scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses

Business Partnering & Advisory

• Act as financial advisor to divisional, regional and local stakeholders
• Support commercial and operational decisions with financial analysis
• Contribute to business cases and performance improvement initiatives

Your profile
We are looking for a professional who combines strong financial understanding with business curiosity and communication skills.

You ideally:

• Have experience from strategic finance advisory/consulting, corporate finance or transaction advisory, or divisional finance business partnering in a global organisation
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in ERP, financial planning and BI tools (SAP, SAC, Power BI)
• Communicate clearly and can translate complex financial topics into actionable insights
• Proactive, high sense of ownership, and thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Have a degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or similar

Fluency in English is required.
