We are looking for a Technical Documentation Assistant to assist us in meeting the increased demands and requirements for our technical documentation in our Technical Documentation Team.

About the job
This role combines design, technical documentation, and documentation support. You will receive thorough training and have the opportunity to develop your skills as you take on new responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating and updating technical documentation (3D and 2D).
- Maintaining technical documentation and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Supporting projects and technical processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the organization.
- Contributing to quality assurance and structured ways of working.
About you
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented candidate with a positive mindset. Your seniority is less important, as long as you are eager to learn, develop your level of expertise, and have the ability to influence and build relationships with team members positively.
We are seeking a candidate who is committed to working onsite and actively contributing to the team culture at INVISIO and within the department.
Preferred skills:
- Relevant education as a Technical Designer/Technical Assistant or similar. You may be a recent graduate.
- Experience with CAD (Creo or similar).
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a varied workday.
- Ability to communicate and work with various personalities across the organization and externally.
- Have excellent skills in verbal and written English, as it is our company language.
- Speaking Danish or any of the other Scandinavian languages is a great advantage.
Additional information
This is an on-site position, based at our HQ in Hvidovre, hybrid or remote work is not an option. We do not offer relocation assistance.
Traveling a few days per year to our site in UK and external production partners can occur.
