Your position
In your new position as Statutory Inspections Coordinator (f/m/d) in the Renewables division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Statutory Inspections Team whose mission is to support our Wind Farm Offshore projects. Your place of work will ideally be in our facility in Emden, or our Office in Hamburg. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 10 percent per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As Statutory Inspections Coordinator (f/m/d), you will be responsible for advising our projects and your colleagues regarding the certification of experts and the inspection of cranes, ladders and access platforms.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Checking and correcting service orders in ERP
- Posting the checked, completed confirmation data to ERP orders
- Collaborating and supporting, as well as developing concepts for projects and processes
- Coordinating with offshore teams regarding work progress, issues, etc.
- Maintaining material, resources and master data for service orders, and material postings in the ERP system
- Preparing and verifying supporting documentation relating to the inspection of cranes, ladders and access systems by qualified personnel and experts for the various projects
- Factual/technical review of feedback, including preparation for re-entry into the process where rework is required
- Supporting the continuous improvement of workflows and processes within the department and respective projects
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing and positive person who is passionate about offshore wind and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You have an organised approach to your work and are eager to convince with structure and in a timely manner.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Technical training and relevant professional experience
- Especially knowledge about statutory inspections, and what makes them successful is welcome
- Further training as a master craftsman or technician is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, e.g. proAlpha
- Good knowledge of document management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Flexibility and commitment
- Knowledge of safety standards relevant to your field of work
