The roles can be tailored to your profile - we value your motivation and curiosity more than your experience.

At Force Technology, we are undergoing an ambitious digital transformation, where we are transitioning from custom-built solutions to the Microsoft platform. At the same time, we are working with new technologies, including AI tools, to improve our internal processes and learning.

We are looking for two student assistants who, together with the team, will contribute to both traditional digitalization tasks and new AI-driven initiatives.

About the role and key responsibilities
You will become part of Digital Transformation, Force Technology’s digital engine room, where we work on developing and implementing the systems and solutions of the future.

Depending on your profile and interests, you will work within one or more of the following areas:

Process and data:

• Mapping and analyzing existing processes and identifying improvements

• Preparing requirements specifications

• Data preparation and quality assurance

• Testing solutions and supporting implementation

Automation and AI:

• Contributing to automation using Power Automate and AI agents

• Exploring and applying AI tools in practice for knowledge sharing and learning

• Developing video materials for internal training and translation

• Identifying new use cases for AI within the organization

You will also handle ad hoc tasks and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

Your profile
We imagine that you:

• Are currently enrolled in and have completed at least one year of a relevant higher education program (e.g., IT, data science, business administration, communication, or similar)

• Have an interest in both technology and business

• Have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Are curious, open to learning new tools and enjoy working with a variety of tasks

• Work in a structured and independent manner

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with:

• Power Platform, data, or process work

• AI tools (e.g. Copilot, video/AI tools)

• Video production, content creation, or communication

Your new workplace
You will become part of Technology & IT, Digital Transformation – Force Technology’s digital engine room – where we work with the business to design future systems. We take our work seriously, but we also enjoy what we do.

We are a dedicated team of eight internal employees. As part of a global team, you will experience cross-cultural collaboration, and therefore you must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.

We prioritize a professional work environment with an informal atmosphere, where we support each other when things get busy. We have daily stand-ups and work closely together across tasks. Your physical workplace will be at our newly renovated offices at Park Allé 345 in Brøndby, with the option to work from home.
