Role Overview
As the EMEA Retail Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance customer experiences in key retailers in EMEA (mainly UK, Nordics, France, Spain, Germany), partnering with HP and HP ARM teams to drive sell-out of our new HP AI PCs featuring ARM processors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sellout management – key emphasis for this role. Lead and manage store-level sellout targets and processes for key HP/ARM SKUs, for both internal (local HP / ARM teams) and external (retail) partners.
- ESF / Promoter management – support and monitor performance of 3rd party promoter teams deployed to above stores for the ARM initiative, to achieve sell-out targets.
- Retail displays / POP – support and monitor in-store displays and POP execution & maintenance for the ARM initiative, and measure performance
- Retail associate engagement & training – support and monitor training activities related to the ARM initiative such as training platform, content management, incentives and sales enablement engagement tools.
- Support budget reconciliation related to the ARM initiative.
- Reports to the WW Retail Experience Leader (ARM).
Qualifications
Education: University Degree
Experience: 6-8 years in retail execution and operations - displays, training, field force management or managing consumer electronics retail activations, in EMEA.
Skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Working with regional / country teams
- Consumer electronics / retail experience in EMEA
- Knowledge of internal HP go to market, budget and administrative processes
