Senior UX/UI Designer
Lime Technologies
- Applications are considered on a rolling basis
- Lund
- On-site
Job Description
Are you a designer who dreams in pixels and wakes up with code coursing through your veins? Do you walk past a bad billboard and find yourself redesigning not just the billboard, but the streetscape around it because half the problem is the context, not the artifact itself? Then join the creative force at Lime Technologies in Lund, Sweden. We’re growing, and we’ve just figured out we’re actually looking for you. We’re hiring a senior designer to help shape what a CRM looks like when AI is at the core of it.
About Lime CRM
Lime CRM is Lime’s core product:
An industry-tailored CRM that connects sales, marketing, and customer service across the full customer journey. Unlike most CRMs on the market, it’s built around how specific industries actually work, not the other way around
Today, Lime CRM has fully transitioned from a desktop application to a modern web app built on current technologies. Being such a flexible product with deep customer heritage comes with design complexity and legacy patterns, which are real and rewarding challenges for a designer to work through.
AI is becoming a core part of the product, with agent flows, AI-driven customer insights, AI-powered live chat, and more. The role you’re applying for is central to how that AI layer actually feels to use.
About the team
Our product design team in Lime CRM consists of three people: a product design lead, a senior designer, and a junior. There are other designers elsewhere in Lime, working on various products and in our Marketing team. However, design as a connected function across the company isn’t fully built yet, and this role helps change that.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of design at Lime while contributing to the growth of the team. With ownership and impact, you'll influence how Lime CRM evolves, from the user experience and design systems to the next generation of AI-powered product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design AI-native CRM experiences, including agent flows, conversational UI, and AI-assisted actions.
- Build and evolve our design system and component libraries, enabling engineering teams to ship faster and more consistently.
- Partner with engineering teams across Lime, providing design guidance and hands-on support for new features, add-ons, and plugins.
- Be a steward of Lime’s design language: protect it, promote it across the organization, and especially across the apps built on top of Lime CRM.
- Create exceptional experiences for both end-users and admins.
- Ship code, not just specs. Take your designs into HTML/CSS and lightweight JS/TS so engineers can extend them
What you bring
- Strong opinions on UX craft, loosely held when the data says otherwise.
- Strong taste in visual design. You can tell the difference between polished and rushed, and you care enough to close that gap.
- Ship it, then improve it” pragmatism, paired with the discipline to validate what gets shipped.
- Genuine curiosity about users and how they actually work, not just how we wish they would.
- You enjoy working with engineers, not handing things over a wall.
- Systems thinking: you can hold the whole product in your head while still caring about the pixels.
