At Everllence PrimeServ Digital DK, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our daily operations and help us deliver a smooth and professional experience to our customers. You will become part of a team at the heart of our digital business — working closely with sales, customer success, and technical colleagues to keep everything running efficiently.
You will play an important role in:
- Coordinating and preparing quotations by gathering input from sales managers, validating data, and creating quotes in SAP
- Supporting onboarding processes by checking system prerequisites, identifying missing information, and following up with relevant stakeholders
- Managing contract terminations, including system updates, internal communication, and maintaining accurate records across platforms
- Supporting monthly processes such as freemium notifications by extracting data, preparing overviews, and collaborating with sales on follow-up actions
- Supporting CRM-related tasks such as uploading orders and preparing customer or opportunity lists to support sales activities

- Are comfortable working in SAP and handling data as part of your daily work
- Are comfortable working and socializing in English (we are an international team)
