We are looking for a Supply Chain Generalist!

- Supply Chain Generalist works closely with local team and group central functions to fullfill the required responsibilities in addition with the external service providers such as Customs Broker & Transportation Companies.
- Works with local & group management for reportings and continuous improvement projects to generate cost improvements
- Will act as the communication bridge between the local team and customer service for requested documents
Responsibilities
- Reviewing customs invoices, conducting cost analyses, and implementing cost optimization initiatives.
- Managing domestic and international transportation processes, verifying freight invoices, and optimizing logistics costs.
- Calculating, analyzing, and reporting Customer and Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance metrics.
- Determining HS (Harmonized System) codes for sub-components during bill of materials (BOM) creation and maintaining related master data in the ERP system.
- Preparing Material Origin, CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism), and other special compliance-related information for products sold in response to customer requests.
- Monitoring goods receipt transactions through the ERP system, ensuring inventory accuracy, and coordinating stock counting activities.
- Controlling materials to be sent for subcontracted manufacturing, managing shipment processes, and monitoring warehouse inventory levels.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 7-10 years experiences in Logistics or Supply Chain departments in Multinational Organizations
- Experience in Free Trade Zone customs operations
- Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, ERP experience is a must. SAP experience is preferred).
- Experience in handling overseas business, a certain understanding of international logistics and transportation, and familiarity with Incoterms and their precautions. Experience in customs declaration and clearance experience is preferred.
- Able to independently handle multiple tasks and respond quickly in a dynamic environment with evolving trade policies. Strong learning ability and policy-interpretation skills.
