- Support pilot activities, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvements
- Contribute to data quality initiatives, including preparation for data migration
- Support alignment between PLM and ERP, including release-to-production processes
Your profile
You have a structured and proactive approach to your work and enjoy bridging the gap between systems and users. You are curious by nature and motivated by improving processes and user experience.
We imagine that you:
- Have a relevant background within engineering, IT, product data management, manufacturing, or similar
- Are comfortable working with enterprise systems, structured data, and configuration tools
- PLM, PDM, ERP, CAD/ECAD, or document management systems

You enjoy collaborating with your colleagues across functions, building strong and lasting stakeholder relationships along the way. At the same time, you take ownership of your tasks and follow them through from idea to execution.
What we offer
At Weibel, you will join a high-tech company where innovation, collaboration, and quality are at the core of everything we do. You will have the opportunity to work with complex systems and play a key role in shaping and maturing our PLM landscape which is the digital backbone of our engineering processes.
