Master Data Coordinator

We are seeking a structured and proactive Master Data Coordinator to join the global product team in BoConcept.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality master data across our platforms, supporting both our global business and customer-facing solutions.
You will act as a central link in our E2E process between Product, Marketing, IT, and Sales, ensuring that our data is accurate, timely, and optimized for both operational excellence and a seamless consumer experience.
As a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, you will drive data quality and ensure that our product data setup enables both scalability and commercial success across markets.
Reporting to the Global Product Portfolio Manager, you will collaborate closely across functions and take ownership of critical master data processes.

Play an active role in enabling a seamless product and consumer experience
You will act as a key operational driver in ensuring that our master data supports business needs and go-to-market activities. Your main tasks will be:

• Responsible for creation and maintenance of master data, ensuring structured data setup across systems
• Support Product Managers with data enrichment to ensure complete and accurate product information
• Manage creation and maintenance of bespoke items for the B2B segment
• Create, maintain, and continuously update the PC on catalogue
• Handle 3D files and packshots for use across digital and commercial platforms
• Manage daily master data-related requests from stores and the business via the Service Portal
• Ensure data quality across website and other digital channels
• Perform issue detection and data quality control during hyper care for the BoConcept Studio platform rollout
• Continuously optimize master data processes based on identified errors and patterns
• Contribute to improving data quality, structure, and efficiency across the full data flow

• Strong system understanding – experience with PIM systems is an advantage but not a demand.

• Ability to understand and incorporate a consumer perspective to enhance digital experiences
