Your Everyday at Nexi
As a Supply Chain BPO & Logistics Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Denmark. Together, You’ll join a dedicated Supply Chain BPO and Logistics Team responsible for our outsourced operations across the Nordics and DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Our key contribution includes operational management, compliance and quality assurance (SLA, audits, BCM, incident management, etc.), stock management, budgeting, financial reporting, and continuous process and system optimization - all aligned with our overall Supply Chain strategy.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Oversee operational processes of outsourced logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery of payment terminals.
- Represent outsourced partners internally and foster effective collaboration across departments, such as Customer Support, Sales and Product.
- Evaluate partner performance and SLAs; follow up on corrective actions.
- Manage used terminal stock and create vendor repair RMAs.
- Coordinate and report physical stock counts and system alignments.
- Handle invoicing, budgeting, and cost reporting.
- Continuously optimize outsourced processes, data quality, and system landscape.
- Support team backup tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within the financial sector.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, French and Danish.
- Solid Excel and IT skills (e.g., SAP ERP, Salesforce, ProConcept).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Excellent interpersonal and multicultural skills.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
