Ticketbuter – who dat? 🤔
We’re the team behind the name badge printers and ticketing platform used at high-profile events across Europe. Our customers rely on us when timing matters, pressure is high, and there’s no room for error. We don’t just deliver tech - we deliver calm, confidence, and control. We just launched Fredo, which is a new brand focusing on our global name badge printing services.

The opportunity 💼
This role starts as a full-time maternity cover, but we're hiring with the intention of making it a permanent position for the right person. We're looking for someone we can invest in long term, not someone to simply fill a temporary gap.

The role ⚡
You'll work directly with the founders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Operations.

No two weeks will look the same. One day you're generating leads, the next you're launching a campaign, joining customer meetings, or helping execute a strategic company initiative.

This is the perfect role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how startups really grow.

What you'll do 🛠️

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Support outbound sales and customer follow-ups.
  • Help execute marketing campaigns and launches.
  • Create marketing and communication content.
  • Coordinate LinkedIn, email and content initiatives.
  • Research and build strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze customer and market insights.
  • Crunch marketing and sales data.
  • Prepare presentations and founder materials.
  • Drive cross-functional projects.
  • ..solve whatever challenge creates the biggest impact that week.

Who you are 🧠

  • 0–2 years of experience (or recently graduated).
  • Curious, ambitious, and proactive.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers.
  • Structured without being bureaucratic.
  • Fast learner with strong ownership.
  • Excited by startups and building things.
  • Startup experience isn't required but initiative is.

Bonus points 💎

  • Sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Marketing and/or content creation.
  • CRM experience.
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
  • Canva, Figma or basic design skills.
  • Event industry interest.
